Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation during a trial takes effect at trial end — you will not be charged the monthly fee. Cancellation after trial takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days.

If a monthly payment fails, you have a 3-day grace period to update your payment method. After the grace period, article generation and research are paused until payment succeeds or the subscription is canceled.

Trials require a $3 upfront payment and a card on file. The trial lasts 7 days. Cancel before day 8 to avoid the monthly subscription charge. If you cancel during the trial, access ends when the trial period ends.

• Your account remains accessible until the end of your trial or paid billing period.
• After access ends, generation and research are blocked until you resubscribe.
• WordPress connections and any published content on your own site are unaffected — we do not delete or modify content already published.

Refund requests outside the above windows are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and reason.
