Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2025
By creating an account or using VoiceCite, you agree to these terms.
The Service
VoiceCite provides an AI-assisted content generation platform. You provide brand context and founder input; we generate blog drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication.
Your Account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person; you may not share accounts.
Acceptable Use
You may not use VoiceCite to:
- Generate content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or illegal
- Scrape or reverse-engineer the platform
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing
- Resell or white-label the service without a written agreement
Content Ownership
You own the content you create using VoiceCite. We do not claim any rights over your generated drafts, published articles, or brand materials. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service.
AI-Generated Content
Content generated by VoiceCite is produced by AI and based on inputs you provide. You are responsible for reviewing all content for accuracy, compliance, and suitability before publishing. We do not guarantee that generated content is factually correct, free of bias, or appropriate for your specific use case.
Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Introductory pricing may apply for new subscribers; the regular monthly rate is shown at checkout and in Settings → Billing.
Trial
New accounts start with a 7-day trial for a $3 upfront fee (card required). Trial includes up to 5 articles and 1 research run. On day 8, the trial converts to a paid monthly subscription unless you cancel before then.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
Limitation of Liability
VoiceCite is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any damages resulting from published content.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time — see the Cancellation Policy below.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
